Is an accountant a tax attorney?
Friday, February 29th, 2008It is certainly not possible to keep both an accountant and a tax attorney at the same level. It is quite difficult for an accountant to know all the relevant points that have to be remembered for the purpose of taxation. He would be an expert in the accounting methods, but might not have complete knowledge about the auditing of taxation components of the accounts of either an individual or a corporate. However, it is necessary for a tax attorney to know all about accounting methodologies. If he is not aware of the same, he might find it quite difficult to advise the person on the best course of action.
