While I was using IE, a program asked me to scan my system which I cancelled. On another occasion, a program called Malware clean came up and asked me the same. I feel that my browsing speed has been compromised after that. I still have these problems and unwanted ad pop-ups. Could anyone here please help?
I think that my PC has been infected with a virus. I ran anti virus software and found 1 trace. I found a trojan when fully scanned with Norton. I get many pop-ups whenever I am online, usually to a link. Even before that webpage loads, I get a box pop-up saying that I need to download setup.exe. While starting up a few days back, I got an error message saying a file was missing. I would like to know the remedies for this problem. Thank you.
