My daughter and her boyfriend are mentally handicapped, and they are really not doing a good job taking care of her two children. I feel so bad for them because they are not getting the care that they need. I am wondering when it is possible for grandparents to get custody of their grandkids. Is there somewhere I can go to find out more about Grandparents Rights Custody law? I think those poor kids would be so much better off with us than with my daughter. She doesn’t even get then the proper clothes for the bad weather unless I threaten to report her.

About one time a month I go through all the furniture that I have for the baby and I like to give it all a really good wash. My grandmother had a nightmare experience at the first nursing home we had her in. It was awful.
I never thought I’d have to deal with Elder Abuse And Neglect in my lifetime, but you never know what life will throw at you.
We’re not going to let this happen again, of course. We’ve moved her to a better home, and are watching over her much more closely.
