Talking About Amortization Schedules

Saturday, October 4th, 2008

It’s time to get serious about Amortization Schedules.
I need to figure out if a 15-year mortgage makes sense. I can use an amortization calculator to figure out what the payments will be.
I’ve made some good progress learning about Loan Amortization Spreadsheet online over the past few days.
Hopefully I’ll get the figures right and make the right decision for this loan.

Learning About Medical School Loans

Tuesday, September 9th, 2008

I’ve been looking into
Medical School Loans, and man is it scary. I can’t even conceive of putting together that much money.
Researching
Medical School Financial Aid has been depressing. I sometimes wonder if going into medicine is worth a lifetime of debt.
I can’t even imagine how I’ll ever pay it all off. I have some serious thinking to do.
I’ll be looking forward to your comments.

I’ve recently become interested in Amortization Schedules.
I need to figure out if a 15-year mortgage makes sense. I can use an amortization calculator to figure out what the payments will be.
I’ve dug up some decent info online on Loan Amortization Schedule over the past few days, so I’m making progress.
I’m hopeful that I’ll make a good choice for this loan once I have all the information in front of me.

Learning About Loans Against An Annuity

Sunday, August 24th, 2008

I’ve recently become interested in
Loans Against an Annuity. It’s been a pain to get the info I need, though.
There are a lot of sites that offer at least some info on Small Structured Annuity Loans, for example. It’s hard to know which to trust, though.
It’s tough to know whether getting an annuity loan or selling my annuity is a wise choice. I’ll make more in theory from the payments over time, but with inflation being what it is, the advantage might not amount to much.
I’m looking forward to being finished with all this.
Let me know what you think about all this.

Talking About Annuity Loans

Friday, July 25th, 2008

So lately I’ve been wondering about
Annuity Loans. I’ve run into a bit of a snag in my research, though.
I’ve done my best to learn about
Annuity Payment Calculators online, but the research has been tough. It’s hard to know whom to believe online.
Getting an annuity loan, or selling my annuity outright, could be a way to keep inflaion from eating away all its value. But it’s hard to know up front for sure.
I’m sure it will all work out. I’m just ready to be done with it.
I’ll post more soon.

Other New Restrictions

Tuesday, February 19th, 2008

Among some of the other new restrictions of chapter 7 bankruptcy laws are provisions requiring the creditor gets a notice of the filing within 90 days.  Also, there are more exceptions to the items one can discharge from debt under chapter 7 bankruptcy laws.  Although certain types of liens were avoidable in the Chapter 7 process, the new requirements render it more difficult to achieve such avoidances; for example, fewer household items can be defined as household goods.  Plus, the way exemptions are claimed has been adjusted by the new laws, as well.
