Weber Charcoal Gril On “How It’s Made”

Saturday, July 5th, 2008

When my husband comes home for lunch, he likes to watch that show "How It's Made". I would usually prefer to watch something else, but, on occasion, they are showing how to make an interesting product. Being that we just got a new grill and it is peak grilling season, the episode on Weber grill parts caught my attention. It was neat to see how they shaped the metal for the base and lid of a Weber charcoal grill. When they first started out, you would have never been able to have guessed what they were making, but the end product slowly took shape before your eyes.

Lovely Lindt Lindor Truffles

Friday, December 21st, 2007

The Lindt Lindor swiss milk chocolate truffles are truly out of this world. Whether you know it or not, this chocolate is a combination of two enterprising companies that are located in Switzerland. In the year of eighteen forty five, Sprungi as well as his family took what was considered an Italian recipe and then impressed the elite of Zurich. In their region, they became so popular that they had to move their shop to a whole other location so that they would have the opportunity to hire more employees. In the year of eighteen seventy nine, the famous chocolatier known as Rodolphe Lindt actually perfected a process of melting chocolate that produced an aroma and taste as well as qualities that were never seen in the industry of chocolate marking at that current time. Together, these two men were able to create the Lindt Lindor truffles and what a wonderful creation they were.
