Thinking About Schools For Massage Therapy

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

I’ve been researching the schools for massage therapy in my state, trying to figure out how to make a change. I hate my current job, and I’ve been at it for far too long..
I keep coming back to Phoenix School Of Massage as a possibility. Realistically, it would be best to stay close to home, and I think my budget can manage it.
Being a massage therapist would be so much more enjoyable than what I’m doing now. I could build a list of clients I like, set my own hours - it sounds like a good life.
Ok - that’s it for today.

Learning About Career Training Online

Wednesday, July 30th, 2008

I’ve decided to look into some
Career Training Online. It’s time I got out of this dead-end job and moved to something more substantial.
My friend said I should check out Phoenix Online Classes. I think he’s onto something there - it’s something I’ve always had a fancy for.
Staying at my present job is just not an option. I can’t imagine grinding it out day by day for the next thirty years. It’s time for a change.
Your comments are welcome as always.

I Am Interested In Medical Billing And Coding Training.

Wednesday, July 23rd, 2008

I am a senior in high school. I know that I want to enter the health care field, but I don’t think I want to work directly with patients. I don’t think I want to be a doctor or a nurse. I am interested in medical billing and coding training. After the doctor sees the patients, diagnoses the problem, and treats it, I want to take that information, choose the appropriate diagnostic and procedure codes, and bill the patient’s insurance company for the services. I don’t know if I will enter a program at a community college or online, but I’m fairly sure that I would like to enter the medical billing and coding field.

Foreign Medical School - One Important Issue To Consider

Tuesday, February 19th, 2008

Foreign medical schools may be an excellent alternative to taking medical classes inside of the United States. However, you must confront one very important issue before deciding whether to get your medical education overseas. You must be familiar with the licensing of the foreign medical school.

Some foreign medical schools will give you a diploma that is equally as recognized as any you'd find in a US school. Others require further certification. There are still others that are meaningless, as far as being allowed to let you practice in the United States.

Make sure to investigate the license of the school before enrolling.

Career and Vocational Education and Dream Jobs

Tuesday, January 29th, 2008

It can be quite interesting to note that a lot of our dream professions when we were children can only be readily achieved if we go to a vocational school. Pilots, heavy machinery operators, train engineers, clowns(!), motion picture support crews, and even nurses (in some countries) have all been products of  career and vocational education  . Many of the people who have interesting jobs had them because of a vocational course, not because of a college degree. So if you think your childhood dreams are dead, think again. There might still be time to make them come true.
