Those who know me well know I love my cell phone but have a strong dislike for the lack of both service and affordability.

How else can one explain how a simple, $79.00/month plan turns into a $130.00 per month bill? Especially when I never went over on my minutes or other features.

It’s maddening I tell you! Maddening!
