Skills Required For IT Project Management
IT project management is different from traditional types of project management. A different skill set is required from IT project managers. IT project management requires that the manager must be able to act as part of the team, and use prototyping software effectively. Unlike other types of project management, where even a superfluous knowledge on the part of manger should have sufficed, with IT project management, the project manager is himself the lead developer and tester. This means that the IT project management is an inclusive type of management where manager is himself subject to his policies.
