The number of nurses who are interested in working on a part time basis is increasing rapidly. If compared with the full time nursing jobs, the responsibilities that are involved in part time nursing jobs are less. The nurses working on a part time basis get more time to spend with their families. The nurses will need to spend four to five hours in part time nursing jobs while in other full time jobs they will need to spend more than eight to ten hours. This way, these nurses will not be stressed out and can look after their families too.
