Types of Timeshare
There are quite a few types of timeshare available. There are fixed week ownerships, where the time that a timeshare holder can use a property is fixed only to a certain time of the year- usually for the period of a week. Next, there are floating ownership schemes that allow timeshare holders to make use of the property at any time of the year, with a limited number of days with which the timeshare holder could use the property. There are also rotating ownership schemes that networks use to allow a more equitable distribution of time among all timeshare holders.
