Why is There a Shortage in Healthcare Professionals
There are many reasons for the shortage of healthcare professionals, especially nurses. One of these is the lack of expert and qualified teachers in colleges and universities. Without qualified instructors, students will not learn what is supposed to be learned about the nursing profession, thus, they will mostly fail when it comes to evaluating their expertise. Another reason is the working conditions of healthcare professionals. Most are not receiving the amount of salary that can compensate for the amount of work done. Until all these issues are resolved, healthcare vacancies will be widely available.
